Cognitive, Affective, and Desire Factors in Predicting Domestic Tourism Intention: The Model Application of Goal-Directed Behavior

Tourism is one of the sectors that has been directly impacted by COVID-19 pandemic. The decline in number domestic and foreign tourists an impact on country's economy. Therefore, this study aims to test theory Goal Directed Behavior predicting intention visit local during Covid-19 This uses a quantitative approach purposive sampling strategy obtain data through distribution online surveys. There were 209 respondents who met travel requirements past year. Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) used as analytical tool testing research hypotheses. results analysis showed relationship between attitudes, subjective norms, perceived behavioral control, positive anticipated emotions, negative was mediated desire towards intention.
